Our Founder, Daniel Bauer, is a Doctoral Candidate in Gerontology and after losing his Father to Alzheimer’s back in 2011 he has been on soul-awakening journey to humanize the Senior Living Sales Journey through the power of innovative storytelling marketing and sales strategies. Starting his journey in Senior Living back in 2015 as the Community Engagement Director at The Alive Inside Foundation back in New York City, Daniel found his way to California where he continued his journey in senior living as a sales director at a privately owned community in Whittier, CA. Since he has held the role of Senior Marketing Director, Regional Director of Sales and National Portfolio Sales Specialist with one of the nation’s largest senior living operators. Communities he has supported, implemented storytelling marketing strategies and flipped their team leadership culture and rapidly grew census in struggling communities almost over-night! Having collaborated with communities nation-wide, Daniel is one of the most sought-after Senior Living Sales Experts providing innovative trainings, leadership coaching, on-demand Regional Sales Support and creating with his production team some of the most powerful video stories that grow occupancy fast!
